To lead students to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ (Jn. 1:12, 3:16-18).
 
To lead students into an understanding of the eternal security inherent in their salvation (Jn. 10:28; I Jn. 5:13).
 
To teach the Bible as God’s inspired Word and to develop attitudes of love and respect toward it (Dt. 4:16, 6:6).
 
To develop a desire to know and obey the will of God (Mt. 26:39).
 
To encourage the students’ love for Christ (Eph. 3:19).
 
To train students to stand for biblical convictions (Ps. 119:46; Pr. 1:10).
 
To teach students the importance of examining everything in the light of God’s Word (I Cor. 2:15).
 
To train leaders who will be faithful servants of God (I Cor. 3:2).
 
To develop a sense of responsibility in placing God first in one’s life (Mt. 6:22Pr. 9:9,10).
 
To encourage the student to recognize the importance that a Bible-believing local church plays in the life of the family (Heb. 10:25; Ps. 122:1).
 
To help students see, in light of Scripture, their responsibility to tell others about the Lord (Mt. 28:18-20).
 
To help students develop a good interpersonal relationship with others (Ro. 12:18).
 
To encourage students to establish a daily routine of personal devotions and prayer (Jas. 5:16b; II Ti. 2:15).
 
To give students a solid academic foundation in the fundamentals of learning, along with Christian training taught from a biblical point of view (Col. 3:16, 17).
 
To help students develop a positive attitude toward learning (Pr. 1:5-7).
 
To assist students in developing skills of reasoning (Ps. 1:2).
 
To assist students in developing communication skills (Col. 4:6).
